Estrella is a women’s health and equity entrepreneur and advocate whose passion is to create a more welcoming work and health system for women though tech solutions and innovative media.

Estrella’s career started in Interpreting and International Communications. She caught the entrepreneurial bug when she joined a women-focused European startup in Madrid. After a while, she felt like she wanted to create a bigger impact, and underwent a transformational coaching process that led her to change her belief system around the concepts of work, security, and risk, which opened up door unbeknownst to her until that moment. After that, she helped several startups launch in other markets and then cofounded B-wom, a digital solution for women’s health, in Spain and moved to the US to expand!

Her engaging workshops and talks pose questions that make women reflect on their health and personal goals, companies learn tools to be more inclusive and the way in which societal structures preserve the status quo.

She writes about the Femtech landscape for several publications in English and Spanish and is a mentor at tech accelerators.
